This Task Assignment Change Order removes an unnecessary cost for PPE and adds an additional unit for Expendables and Shallow Groundwater Sampling Kit which should have been included in the original TA because the field work is expected to take 2 days to complete. This Task Assignment Change Order also grants a due date extension of the final deliverable and extends the TA Completion Date.
Prior to field work, ECT will obtain an updated Access Agreement from the current real property owner of the Crossroads Square Shopping Center (ERIC_4625) site. PFAS screening for the site will be tasked under a separate Task Assignment.
The cost increase related to this change order is $295.00. The DEP project manager agrees to the scope of work and final cost associated with this Task Assignment Change Order. The final cost for this Task Assignment Change Order is $6,772.81 with 46.2 labor hours.
