About this file

This file is a Facility Maintenance Plan (FMP) template for fuel system maintenance at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, Oklahoma. The template details the maintenance and inspection requirements for fuel storage and dispensing systems operated under Quality Assurance Evaluators' control at the base.

The FMP covers maintenance for multiple facilities including Building 109 (Fill Stands), Building 116 (Fuels Lab), and Building 264 (Pump House). It provides detailed asset inventories and maintenance schedules for components like filter separators, pumps, valves, meters, emergency systems, and electrical equipment. Key systems include three fill stands with 600 GPM filter separators, Gorman-Rupp centrifugal pumps rated at 300 GPM, and various control valves and safety equipment. The plan specifies quarterly, semi-annual and annual maintenance requirements for each component, with particular focus on preventive maintenance of fuel handling equipment, safety systems, and containment areas. This template is designed to ensure compliance with federal, state and local environmental regulations while maintaining operational readiness of the fuel systems.

If the spring loses some of its strength for some reason, the ”free length” must be shortened. Afull length spring will always provide accurate readings. This is a fundamental truth about compression springs. This spring is at its “free full length” when there is zero differential pressure; the top of the piston is then in the “zero” band of the graduated scale.Quarterly - Clean outside of gauge glass.Partial System OOS109 fs2
