About this file

This is a Facility Maintenance Plan (FMP) template for recurring maintenance of fuel facilities at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph. The template details maintenance requirements for equipment and systems at multiple facilities including a Military Service Station (#179), Operations Building (#1042), Maintenance Shed (#1043), and Tank Truck Offload (#3001).

The plan provides detailed specifications for inspection and maintenance of fuel system components including storage tanks, piping, valves, pumps, filters, meters, hoses, control systems, and safety equipment. It outlines maintenance frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and specific tasks for each component. Key systems covered include above/underground storage tanks, dispensing equipment, offloading systems, filter separators, emergency shutoff systems, and leak detection equipment. The facility operates 24 hours at 1 Washington Circle, Randolph, TX 78150. The template includes sections for administrative information, communication protocols, safety requirements, and maintenance schedules but does not specify actual maintenance services being procured.
