About this file

This is a facility maintenance plan template spreadsheet for fuel system operations at Fort Smith Military Air Port (MAP) in Arkansas. The document outlines detailed maintenance requirements and specifications for fuel storage and dispensing systems, including tanks, pumps, valves, piping, and associated equipment across multiple facilities (buildings 806-833). The template contains asset inventories and maintenance schedules for components like above-ground storage tanks, underground storage tanks, filter separators, manual valves, meter registers, flow meters, control valves, monitoring equipment, alarms and firefighting equipment.

The template includes sections for administrative information, general facility descriptions, communication plans, safety requirements, and detailed maintenance task matrices. For each component, it specifies maintenance frequencies (quarterly, semi-annual, annual), special considerations, operator requirements, and mission impact assessments. Key facilities covered include jet fuel storage tanks (30,000 gallon capacity), diesel tanks (10,000 gallon), motor gas tanks (10,000 gallon), loading/unloading stations, and dispensing systems. The document serves as a framework for contractors to properly maintain and repair federally funded petroleum systems in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
