About this file

This is a Facility Maintenance Plan (FMP) template for tracking recurring maintenance of fuel system components at Pine Bluff Arsenal in White Hall, AR. The template provides standardized formats for documenting maintenance schedules, asset information, and requirements for fuel storage and dispensing systems including underground storage tanks, pumps, filters, valves, meters, and associated equipment.

The template contains multiple sections including administrative information, facility descriptions, communication plans, safety requirements, and detailed task matrices that specify maintenance frequencies and special considerations for each component. It includes tracking for both MOGAS and diesel fuel systems, with specific requirements for components like pressure gauges, dispensers, hoses, and emergency systems. The template implements requirements from UFC 3-460-03 and allows sites to document site-specific maintenance needs while maintaining standardized tracking across DLA fuel facilities. This appears to be version 2.2 of the template, with recent updates to improve alignment with DLA requirements and standardize asset tracking.
