About this file

This is a Facility Maintenance Plan (FMP) template for recurring maintenance of fuel systems at Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas. The template details maintenance requirements for fuel storage and dispensing equipment at a 24-hour facility located at 1250 West Thomas Avenue, including 8 underground storage tanks of 50,000 gallons each, filter separators, pumps, valves, gauges, and electrical components.

The document provides detailed specifications for quarterly, monthly, and annual maintenance tasks for each piece of equipment, including 8 Johnston vertical turbine pumps rated at 600 GPM, Facet filter separators, Cla-Val control valves, various ball/gate/globe valves, pressure gauges, and electrical motors/controls. It includes manufacturer requirements, inspection frequencies, and operational impacts for each component. The template is structured as a comprehensive asset inventory and maintenance scheduling tool, with sections for administrative information, safety protocols, communications plans, and detailed equipment specifications. This appears to be version 2.2 of a standardized template rather than a completed maintenance plan.
