About this file

This is a Facility Maintenance Plan template for fuel systems maintenance at Red River Army Depot in Texas. The document outlines maintenance requirements for permanently installed fuel facilities operated under Quality Assurance Evaluators' control.

The template details comprehensive maintenance schedules and inspection requirements for various fuel system components including above-ground storage tanks (ranging from 12,000-17,500 gallon capacity), underground storage tanks, filter separators, manual valves, meter registers, flow meters, control valves, pumps, monitoring equipment, alarms, and fire fighting equipment. It specifies daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspection and maintenance tasks for each component type, covering security fencing, canopies, emergency eyewash stations, piping systems, dispensers, and ground rods. The facility handles multiple fuel types including Jet A, MOGAS, and diesel, with specific maintenance protocols for each system's components like nozzles, hoses, breakaways, and swivels. The template includes spaces for recording contact information for DLA, contractor, and USACE personnel responsible for facility oversight.
