About this file
This is a Continuation Sheet (Amendment 0010) to a federal contract that updates drawings, specifications, and project documents as of March 20, 2026. The amendment deletes and replaces 35 drawings across structural, architectural, plumbing, mechanical, and technology disciplines, including updated plans for flooring systems, stair details, door schedules, plumbing configurations across multiple floors and mezzanines, mechanical ductwork, and security systems. Several drawings are revised but not reissued, with modifications to general construction notes regarding attic work requirements, sewer sequence notes, barrier and signage requirements per EM-385-1-1, elevator pit paint specifications, door hardware operability, and color key manufacturer guides.
The specification section revisions encompass changes to Summary of Work, work restrictions regarding outage requirements (extended from 18 to 21 calendar days), coordination procedures, deletion of site safety and health plan requirements, temporary construction facilities standards, demolition procedures (eliminating wood framing jacking and elevator hoisting requirements), masonry cleaning standards, fireproofing inspector qualifications, window and door glass and glazing reuse specifications, acoustical ceiling and carpeting extra materials provisions, paint waste management, resinous flooring preparation humidity levels and moisture mitigation systems, wood floor coating application rates, hydraulic passenger elevator specifications, and fire protection system preconstruction submittal timelines. The amendment also updates submittal requirements for sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems to require SD-01 submissions within 45 days of contract award but no less than 14 days prior to commencing work, with provisions that SD-02, SD-03, and SD-05 submittals received before SD-01 approval will be returned disapproved without review. A revised Price Schedule (Attachment T: PRICE SCHEDULE AMD 0010 rev5) accompanies this amendment.
