2) Reminder: Contractors with base access shall meet the site visit team at the main entrance to Pass and ID office (Building 384) at 0900. However please submit the names of those attending the site visit to assist with coordination of the site visit.
Bottom Line. Prime contractors need to identify the contractors without base access who will attend the site visit and immediately book an appointment at Pass & ID as well as submit the respective DBIDS request form by the suspense date. Contractors need to ensure attendees have completed and bring their 5512s with them.
Lastly please submit to Lauren.a.lyons.civ@us.navy.mil and copying deborah.a.peabody2.civ@us.navy.mil, brad.beisswanger.civ@us.navy.mil, edward.d.flint.civ@us.navy.mil, weston.c.polen.civ@us.navy.mil, david.w.hopper13.civ@us.navy.mil and thomas.e.carleton2.ctr@us.navy.mil a list of all attendees NO LATER THAN 2 February 2026 (if there are potential attendees, please just include them noting the same).
If there are any questions, please feel free to contact Lauren.a.lyons.civ@us.navy.mil and copying deborah.a.peabody2.civ@us.navy.mil, brad.beisswanger.civ@us.navy.mil, edward.d.flint.civ@us.navy.mil, weston.c.polen.civ@us.navy.mil, david.w.hopper13.civ@us.navy.mil and thomas.e.carleton2.ctr@us.navy.mil directly. If you plan on having contractors/subs attend who are not badged, please reach out sooner than later so we can appropriately arrange escorts and coordination.
Thank you for attention to this matter.
