Document Summary
This document is a Task Assignment (TA) issued by the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) under Contract Number HW687 to Terracon Consultants, Inc. for environmental remediation services at the Wildwood Quality Cleaners and Draperies site located at 200 South Main Street, Wildwood, Florida (ERIC_5503). The task assignment was executed on May 4, 2022, with a completion date of September 30, 2022. Dean Cox serves as the FDEP Department Project Manager, while Donna Cline of Terracon Consultants, Inc. serves as the Contractor Project Manager.
The scope of work authorizes Terracon Consultants, Inc. to conduct groundwater sampling and monitoring of five deep wells, perform associated waste disposal, conduct laboratory analysis of samples, and prepare a comprehensive groundwater monitoring report. The total contract value for this task assignment is $7,488.06 on a fixed unit rate basis, covering 49.50 hours of labor. The deliverable, a Groundwater Monitoring Report, was due by June 30, 2022, with invoice payment due upon FDEP approval of the report and submittal of waste manifests. Labor cost reductions of 3.44 hours resulted in a task assignment cost reduction of $489.18 from the original contractor proposal.
