Negotiation Summary

TO: HW687 Contract File FROM: Dean Cox, Contract Manager SUBJECT: DC012C Palace Drycleaners ERIC_5049 SVE System O&M (12 months)

DATE: 6/30/23

This TA authorizes costs associated with SVE system O&M. The total cost of this TA is $22,773.72. There is $6,000 in cost reimbursement included in the total cost. This TA was negotiated - the total cost is $16,800.28 or 42% less than originally proposed. Site access was confirmed.

The most recent system sampling event indicated soil gas remained above 1 mg/m3.

When quarterly system sampling indicates soil gas below this threshold, the system will be shutdown and moved to another site with an SVE PRA. The groundwater has been below GCTLs for the past four sampling events. But PARM sampling will be required after system shutdown.
