The task assignment is identified as DC050B and pertains to environmental remediation activities at the Oakbrook Cleaners site located at 11402 US Highway 1, Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach County, Florida (ERIC_5130, FACID NO. 50-9501138). The Department Project Manager is Theresa Pepe (850-245-8966), and the Contractor's Project Manager is Gus Suarez (813-205-4703).

The scope of work involves groundwater sampling for PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) compounds from four monitor wells (MW001, MW002, PZ001, and PZ003) in accordance with the March 24, 2026 Work Plan submitted by Arcadis. Services are structured in three subtasks: Project Management (automatically calculated as a percentage of total labor), PFAS Sampling (including field activities, purge water containerization, and disposal by licensed waste hauler using FDEP's Tallahassee laboratory), and Reporting (electronic summary report with one figure, field notes, and certified lab report). The total task assignment value is $4,577.02 on a fixed unit rate basis, with a completion date of September 30, 2026. The single deliverable—an Email Summary Report, IDW manifest, and Project Management documentation—is due August 31, 2026, with payment conditioned upon FDEP approval. The cost estimate breaks down as $443.67 for Project Management, $2,522.16 for Field Activities, and $1,611.19 for Reporting, inclusive of labor, travel, subcontractor fees (including $125.00 IDW disposal), and field expenses.
