Dear Ms. Pepe:
Arcadis U.S., Inc. (Arcadis) is pleased to submit this proposal/cost estimate for annual groundwater monitoring and reporting at the subject facility. This proposal includes a description of the proposed scope of services, and an estimated cost and schedule for their completion.
PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK
Task 1: Project Management
Task 1 is reserved for project management.
Task 2: Groundwater Monitoring
Following receipt of a Task Assignment from FDEP, Arcadis will schedule the Annual Groundwater Monitoring event for September 2024 (i.e., one year after previous groundwater monitoring event and nine years after ISR activities). Per the FDEP-approved ISR Work Plan, dated October 2015, and recommendations in the October 2023, Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report, groundwater from six monitor wells (MW001R, MW005, MW007, MW008, MW009, and MW011) will be sampled in accordance with FDEP SOPs. Samples will be analyzed at a NELAP-accredited laboratory for volatile organic compounds by EPA Test Method 8260. In addition, per FDEP email dated March 28, 2017, the requirements for UIC sampling have been met, so UIC parameters will not need
