Proposal for Annual Groundwater Monitoring and Reporting Former Dryclean USA #11301 Site (Facility ID ERIC_4169) 2546 N. University Drive, Coral Springs, Broward County, Florida

Dear Ms. Pepe:

Arcadis U.S., Inc. (Arcadis) is pleased to submit the following proposal/cost estimate for annual groundwater monitoring and reporting for the remaining drycleaner solvents in the groundwater at the subject site (currently a vacant space). This proposal includes a description of the proposed scope of services and an estimated cost and schedule for their completion.

SCOPE OF WORK

Task 1: Project Management

This task consists of project management-related activities in relation to the completion of Tasks 2 and 3.

Task 2: Groundwater Monitoring Event

In July 2021, groundwater samples from 12 monitor wells (MW001, MW002R, MW006, MW010, MW011, MW014, MW015, MW016, MW017, MW018, MW019, and MW020) will be obtained and delivered to a NELAC-accredited laboratory for VOH analyses to determine the extent of the residual chlorinated solvent plume. A full round of water level measurements, and field water quality from the above-listed 12 monitor wells will be performed. Purge water will be containerized for offsite disposal.

Task 3: Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report
