Subject: Proposal for Annual Groundwater Monitoring at J&D Cleaners, 6815
Caroline Street, Milton, Florida, FDEP Facility ID No. ERIC_5422.
Dear Ms. Pepe, Arcadis U.S., Inc. (Arcadis) is pleased to submit this level of effort (LOE) and cost proposal for the annual groundwater monitoring activities at the J&D Cleaners facility located at 6815 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida, (FDEP Facility ID No. ERIC_5422; “the Site”). This proposal includes one groundwater monitoring event, and one letter report summarizing field activities. The FDEP cost estimating spreadsheets (Attachment A) and subcontractor quote (Attachment B) are attached.
SCOPE OF WORK
Subtask 1 - Project Management
Subtask 1 is reserved for project management as specified by FDEP and is calculated automatically in the cost estimating form (Attachment A).
Subtask 2 - Groundwater Monitoring (2022)
Arcadis proposes to collect groundwater samples from twelve monitoring wells (DEP-3, DEP-5, DEP-10, DEP-11, MW004, MW006, MW008, MW009, MW010, MW011, MW012, and MW014). Samples will be submitted to a certified laboratory for analysis by EPA Method 8260B or equivalent (VOHs only). Monitoring well purge water will be contained in 55-gallon drums, sampled for characterization, and disposed of properly. Monitoring well locations are shown on the attached Figures.
Arcadis will incorporate the data collected during the groundwater sampling event into a letter report that summarizes the field activities and laboratory analytical data, including figures presenting groundwater analytical data, and recommendations for the Site.
