About this file
This is a project meetings document related to Penn Township's alterations to its Municipal Building in Pennsylvania. The project encompasses two separate contracts: Contract #1 covers general construction work including demolition, sitework, concrete, general alteration construction, exterior replacement finishes, storefront glass, replacement doors, and associated work; Contract #2 addresses electrical construction work including providing heating and lighting for the new vestibule, rear entry, and side entry, plus other associated work. Bids will be received online via the PennBid Program until 10:00 AM local time on September 3, 2026, with all bids publicly displayed immediately following the deadline. The Township Board of Supervisors will consider the Notice of Intent to Award at its September 14, 2026 meeting at the Township Office.
Bidding documents are available exclusively through the designated website at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/, where prospective bidders are urged to register as plan holders. All official notifications, addenda, and bidding documents will be provided only through this website, and neither the Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for documents obtained from other sources. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to bid submission.
