TO: ERIC_4554

Prestige Cleaners (former)

FROM: Nicole Knutson, Project Manager

SUBJECT: Negotiation Summary

HW689 DC032A-1

DATE: August 25, 2025

This Change Order reconciles WCDs 1 & 2, reduces subcontractor and analytical costs, and adjusts labor hours based on actual field hours. WCD 1 authorized APTIM to travel to the site to disengage the subslab decompression system. WCD 2 authorized APTIM’s laboratory to perform SPLP extraction and analysis of leachate.

Total task amount has increased from $105,612.08 to $107,838.28. The difference between the revised cost and the original cost is $2,226.20. APTIM’s time, labor, and subcontractor costs for these activities have been reviewed and are appropriate. The level-of-effort and cost estimate are reasonable for the scope of services. Final deliverable due date remains November 3, 2025. Task completion date remains January 16, 2025.
