Document Summary

This Task Assignment (TA DC024A) is a contract modification issued by the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) to Aptim Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC (APTIM) for environmental assessment services at the Southgate Cleaners facility located at 5317 US Highway 19, New Port Richey, Pasco County, Florida. The contract is executed under the underlying Contract Number HW689, with Aaron Cohen serving as the FDEP Project Manager and Eric Kramer as APTIM's Project Manager. The TA is effective through February 2, 2024.

APTIM is authorized to generate a Site Assessment Work Plan (SAWP) for the drycleaning facility in accordance with a detailed task list encompassing site review, site visit activities, and work plan documentation. The contract is valued at a fixed unit rate of $5,000.00, with payment contingent upon FDEP approval of the Initial Site Assessment Work Plan with a due date of December 20, 2023. Deliverables include completion of a drycleaning site visit checklist, development of a site summary with initial conceptual site model, technical figures, sampling plan, proposed schedule, and cost estimate/level of effort worksheets. The scope explicitly excludes EDR reports, offsite property surveys, potable well surveys, and documents already available in the ERIC portal or HASPs, but requires PFAS screening as part of the assessment approach.
