Task Assignment DC015E

ERIC_4885 (Former Facility ID #419500357)

Aptim Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC

4/16/2025

The following proposed Task Assignment DC015F is for groundwater sampling and reporting for the Oasis Cleaners.

Subtask 2 – Groundwater Sampling:

This proposed scope of work includes the collection of depth-to-groundwater measurements and groundwater sampling from all the monitoring wells located onsite, on the Gardenwoods

Apartments property, and select wells from the PRP Bradenton Fuel Oil site east of the Oasis

Cleaners. Depth to water measurements and groundwater samples will be collected from all the wells, including onsite interior well MW001, piezometers PZ001, PZ002, PZ003 and the onsite irrigation well from a depth of approximately 50 ft bls. Garden Apartment wells include MW-1GA, MW-2GA, MW-2DGA, MW-4GA and MW-5GA. Brandon Fuel Oil wells proposed to be sampled include DW-1BF and MW-12BF. Originally proposed Brandon Fuel Oil monitoring wells MW-

10BF and MW-13BF were removed from the sampling set as approved by the FDEP. The groundwater samples will be analyzed for the presence of VOHs by EPA Method 8260.

A brief summary of the results will be submitted by email with recommendations for additional assessment activities. Investigation derived waste (IDW) generated during the groundwater sampling activities will be stored onsite for future removal following future assessment activities.

Groundwater sampling will be completed in May and reporting with recommendations will follow by June 13, 2025. A task completion date of August 29, 2025, should be assigned.

APTIM proposes to perform this scope of work in accordance with the terms and conditions of contract No. HW689 executed between Florida Department of Environmental Protection and

APTIM Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC. APTIM will begin the proposed scope of work upon issuance of the Task Assignment Notification.
