TO: HW687 Contract File FROM: Dean Cox, Contract Manager SUBJECT: DC004A TA – Sun State Supply (ERIC_5047) Groundwater Sampling (Biennial)
DATE: 4/6/2022
This task assignment (TA) authorizes costs for groundwater sampling (4 wells) and associated reporting (Biennial Monitoring Report), based on the Terracon proposal received 4/5/2022. The total cost for this TA is $5,210.88 with 36.51 hours of labor. Invoicing will occur for the total TA amount and will include payment for Subtask 1 Project Management and Subtask 2 Groundwater Sampling & Groundwater Monitoring Report submittal. The deliverable report (Subtask 2) will be supplemented with GIS & ADaPT table update & upload, along with waste manifest submittal.
Draft TA labor hour decimal digit precision was standardized between the CEF and LOE per FDEP request, resulting in a cost reduction of $141.83 in the final proposal. Cost reductions included a 1-hour reduction in groundwater sampling & reporting labor, with an associated reduction in project management labor. Labor reductions resulted in commensurate reductions in overhead, fringe, and general & administrative costs.
