COST PROPOSAL FOR TASK DC038C

<Wiltshire Cleaners/FDEP ERIC_4844>

< Groundwater Monitoring >

1. INTRODUCTION: <DISCUSS SCOPE OF WORK, DATES >

GHD Services Inc. (GHD) submitted a Site Assessment Report (SAR) in April 2022. The DEP provided comments regarding the SAR and a revised report was submitted in August 2022.

Based on additional comments provided by DEP in December 2022, additional groundwater sampling was recommended. Additional sampling was conducted in March 2023 and in March 2024. Based on the latest sampling results from 2024, additional sampling was recommended. Task DC038C includes groundwater sampling in order to evaluate current concentration trends and the need for additional assessment.

Subtask 1: Project Management Subtask 1 includes all tasks associated with project management of the groundwater sampling activities at the Wiltshire Cleaners site.

Subtask 2: Groundwater Sampling Groundwater sampling will be conducted at select wells located in the shallow, intermediate, and deep aquifers. Sampling is recommended at shallow wells MW001, MW003, MW004, MW007, MW013, and MW018, intermediate wells MW010, MW015, MW017, MW021, MW023, and MW026, and deep wells MW011 and MW016. Groundwater sampling will be conducted in general accordance with FDEP standard operating procedures. All of the groundwater samples will be submitted to a fixed laboratory for volatile organic halocarbon (VOH) analysis.

Upon receipt of analytical data, a Groundwater Monitoring Report (GMR) will be prepared.

The GMR will include a summary of field methodology and laboratory analytical results. The GMR will also include conclusions and recommendations. The recommendations may include the use of active remediation to mitigate identified impacts.

Subtask 3: PFAS Sampling As part of subtask 3, PFAS sampling will be conducted in accordance with FDEP and GHD PFAS SOPs. PFAS sampling will be conducted at monitoring wells MW007 and MW015. The samples will be submitted to the FDEP Laboratory in Tallahassee for PFAS analysis.

Upon receipt of analytical data, the results will be incorporated into the monitoring report tasked above under Subtask 2. In addition, field notes and laboratory data will be submitted to the Department.

Here you go Brian. I do this for a lot of engineering/consulting firms.

Be aware of the low stop less than 6 drums at $50/flat Be aware of the 10% to the total cost for FSC (implemented April 15).
