1. INTRODUCTION: <DISCUSS SCOPE OF WORK, DATES >
GHD Services Inc. (GHD) prepared an Interim Source Removal Plan (ISRP) that was approved by the FDEP and the system was installed and operated. Recently, GHD completed shutdown procedures that indicated limited residual mass in the subsurface. Task DC033C includes quarterly groundwater monitoring as detailed below.
Subtask 1: Project Management Subtask 1 includes all activities associated with management of the groundwater monitoring.
Subtask 2 Groundwater Monitoring As part of subtask 2, GHD will conduct quarterly groundwater sampling in accordance with GHD recommendations in the recent RASR. Prior to sampling, depth to water measurements will be gathered from all available wells (16 total). Groundwater sampling will be conducted at monitor wells MW004, MW005, MW010, and MW016 in accordance with FDEP SOPs.
Groundwater samples will be analyzed for the presence of volatile organic halocarbons by EPA Method 8260.
Upon receipt of analytical data, GHD will submit field notes and laboratory data with a summary email.
Subtask 3 Groundwater Monitoring As part of subtask 2, GHD will conduct quarterly groundwater sampling in accordance with GHD recommendations in the recent RASR.
Subtask 4 Groundwater Monitoring As part of subtask 2, GHD will conduct quarterly groundwater sampling in accordance with GHD recommendations in the recent RASR.
Upon receipt of analytical data, GHD will prepare a groundwater monitoring report (GWMR). The GWMR will include a summary of field sampling methods and analytical results. The GWMR will also include recommendations for additional sampling and/or modifications to the sampling plan.
