COST PROPOSAL FOR TASK DC031D

<Holiday Square Shopping Center/ERIC_5248>

< Groundwater Monitoring>

1. INTRODUCTION: <DISCUSS SCOPE OF WORK, DATES >

GHD Services Inc. (GHD) submitted a Site Assessment Report and Interim Source Removal Plan (SAR/ISRP) for the Holiday Square Shopping Center site located in Holiday, Pasco County, in July 2017. The SAR/ISRP detailed the results of the assessment and detailed a plan to remove contaminated soil near a sewer cleanout. The ISRP activities were implemented in January 2018 and an Interim Source Removal Report (ISRR) was submitted in March 2018.

Additional Assessment was conducted late in 2018 and a SSAR was submitted in early 2019.

GHD’s latest groundwater monitoring report was submitted in December 2023, which recommended additional groundwater monitoring. The FDEP provided approval of the monitoring report in correspondence dated January 26, 2024. Task DC037C proposes annual groundwater sampling.

Subtask 1: Project Management Subtask 1 includes all tasks associated with project management of the groundwater monitoring activities at the Holiday Square Shopping Center site.

Subtask 2: Groundwater Monitoring In accordance with GHD recommendations, groundwater sampling is proposed at monitoring wells MW011, MW016, MW021, MW023, MW024, MW027, MW028, MW029, and MW030 will be sampled in accordance with FDEP SOPs. Prior to sampling, a complete round of water levels will be gathered from all site monitor wells. Groundwater sampling will be conducted in accordance with FDEP SOPs. The groundwater samples will be submitted to a fixed laboratory for VOH analysis.

Upon receipt of analytical data, a Groundwater Monitoring Report (GMR) will be prepared.

The GMR will include a summary of field methodology, field screening data, and laboratory analytical results. The GMR will also include conclusions and recommendations.

Subtask 3: PFAS Groundwater Sampling As part of the groundwater sampling program, GHD will also sample for the presence of PFAS. Per previous recommendations, PFAS sampling is recommended at MW001 and MW016. PFAS sampling will be conducted in accordance with FDEP and GHD SOPs.

Samples will be submitted to the FDEP laboratory for PFAS analysis. The PFAS results will be summarized along with the VOH data referenced in Subtask 2.

Re: Non-Hazardous Drum Disposal – State of Florida

Mr. Moore:

The price for the transportation and disposal (T&D) of drums of non-hazardous soil and water located in the State of Florida is listed below.

Non-Hazardous Drums:

Description Rate Unit False Mobilization (No drum found) $ 85.00 Per Stop T&D - Non-Haz Soil $ 110.00 Per Drum T&D - Non-Haz Water $ 125.00 Per Drum

The prices listed are all inclusive without any additional fees or charges (fuel surcharge, low volume stop fee etc.) and are valid for all regions in the State of Florida except for the Florida Keys. Pricing for sites located in the Florida Keys will be bid on a case-by-case basis dependent on the volume of drums and the location.

The lab data we require for the disposal of drums of petroleum impacted soils are totals for BTEX and the 4 RCRA metals (arsenic, cadmium, chromium, and lead), with analyses no older than 1 year from the estimated disposal date.

We do not require analyticals for the disposal of Petroleum Contact Water (PCW) as long as it has only been impacted with petroleum - not pesticides, herbicides or dry-cleaning solvents etc.

Please ensure that all drum lids are properly secured and that drums are on a level surface like the surrounding area (i.e., not on a pallet, etc.). A single False Mobilization fee will apply if our driver is not able to locate a drum on site or if we are unable to access the property due to a locked gate, etc.

This quote is valid for 90 days.
