COST PROPOSAL FOR TASK DC022C
< Sunshine Cleaners, ERIC_5524>
SVE System Operations and Maintenance (12 months)
1. INTRODUCTION:
A Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE) system was installed and is currently operational at the Sunshine Cleaners site located in Ormond Beach, Volusia County. Task DC022C includes 12 additional months of operations and maintenance of the SVE system. It is anticipated that system shutdown procedures will be recommended at some point during the next 12 months of O&M.
Subtask 1 Project Management Subtask 1 includes all tasks associated with managing the operations and maintenance of an SVE system at the Sunshine Cleaners facility.
Subtask 2 O&M (6 months) As part of subtask 2, monthly site visits will be conducted to verify system operation and record operational data including vacuum, flows, and water levels. In addition, during monthly site visits, operation flow patterns in the subsurface will be adjusted to maximize mass recovery. OVA readings and vapor influent sampling will be conducted quarterly.
Groundwater depth to water measurements will also be gathered at monitor wells MW001 and MW006 on a monthly basis.
At the end of 6 months of operations and upon receipt of laboratory analytical data, GHD will prepare a Remedial Action Status Report (RASR). The RASR will include a discussion of operational performance conditions as well as laboratory analytical results for soil vapor sampling. The RASR will also include conclusions and recommendations.
Subtask 3: Utilities (6 months) Subtask 3 includes utility reimbursement charges ($800/month) for electrical service for 6 months.
Subtask 4 O&M (6 months) As part of subtask 4, monthly site visits will be conducted to verify system operation and record operational data including vacuum, flows, and water levels.
In addition, GHD also recommends groundwater sampling during the 5th month of operations to evaluate groundwater quality conditions. Groundwater sampling will be conducted in accordance with the approved ISR Plan at monitoring wells MW001, MW002, MW018, MW020, MW025, MW032, MW034, MW036, MW037, MW042, MW043, and MW044. Prior to groundwater sampling, depth to water measurements will be gathered from all available monitoring wells. Groundwater sampling will be conducted in general accordance with FDEP SOPs and groundwater samples will be submitted to a State certified laboratory for volatile organic halocarbon analysis by EPA Method 8260.
At the end of 6 months of operations and upon receipt of laboratory analytical data, GHD will prepare a Remedial Action Status Report (RASR). The RASR will include a discussion of operational performance conditions as well as laboratory analytical results for soil vapor sampling. The RASR will also include a summary of groundwater sampling methodology and results. The RASR will also include conclusions and recommendations.
Subtask 5: Utilities (6 months) Subtask 3 includes utility reimbursement charges ($800/month) for electrical service for 6 months.

Craig, Is it possible to provide a generic quote for IDW water disposal.
Assumption is non-haz with necessary analytical Maybe provide a range of locations
South florida or central florida, or both?
Thanks in advance
