Arcadis U.S. Inc. will install and sample four monitor wells to various depths to help delineate the groundwater plume. All activities will be conducted in accordance with the June 13, 2023, Work Plan submitted by Doug McGlone of Arcadis.
The final task assignment total is $34,599.57. Arcadis may invoice according to the attached schedule.
Specific negotiated subtasks are as follows:
Subtask 1: Project Management Project Management is automatically calculated as a percentage of total labor.
Subtask 2: Site Access Arcadis will obtain site access agreements for off-site properties before work commences. A site access form for the source property was obtained in April 2021. No changes in property ownership have occurred since that date.
Subtask 3: Well Installation and Sampling Arcadis will install four off-site monitor wells to delineate the downgradient plume.
Locations and depths have been approved by the Waste Site Cleanup Section geologist.
Earth Tech Drilling was chosen as the drilling subcontractor based on their low bid of three bids solicited. IDW will be drummed and disposed by a licensed waste hauler.
Subtask 4: Reporting Arcadis will submit a well installation and sampling report as the Final Deliverable.
