About this file

This document is FAR Clause 52.209-7, a federal contracting representation and certification form regarding responsibility matters for the DoWEA Procurement Transportation Division, solicitation HE125426QE045.

The clause requires vendors to disclose whether they have current active Federal contracts and grants with a total value greater than $10,000,000, defined as the combined value of all current, active contracts, grants, and orders including priced options under various contract types. For vendors meeting this threshold, the clause mandates that all information entered in the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) be current, accurate, and complete as of the offer submission date. Vendors must disclose any proceedings at the Federal or State level within the past five years involving the vendor or its principals (officers, directors, owners, partners, or persons with primary management or supervisory responsibilities) that resulted in criminal convictions; civil findings of fault and liability with monetary payments of $5,000 or more; administrative findings of fault with fines or penalties of $5,000 or more or reimbursements exceeding $100,000; or settlements by consent or compromise with acknowledged fault that could have led to such outcomes. Vendors must maintain active System for Award Management (SAM) registration and post all required responsibility information in FAPIIS as specified in the clause.
