The form requires contractors to designate a single representative who will receive and manage performance assessments electronically through www.cpars.gov. The designated representative must provide their name, title, email address, telephone number, and N/CAGE number for authorization access. If the contractor wishes to meet with the Assessing Official to discuss the evaluation, a written request must be submitted no later than seven calendar days after receipt. The form also specifies hardware and software requirements for accessing CPARS Online, including support for the latest three major desktop versions of Internet Explorer and the latest major versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing PDF attachments. Technical support is available through the Customer Support Desk at (207) 438-1690 or DSN: 684-1690, with email contact at webptsmh@navy.mil.

Hardware/Software Requirements for CPARS

To use CPARS Online, you will need to have access to the internet along with the following hardware and software:

CPARS fully supports the latest three major desktop versions of Internet Explorer, and the latest major desktop version of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Older browsers may still view CPARS, however users should expect mixed results. A "major version" refers to a full numeric release, like 9.0 and 10.0 (not minor releases like 9.2.x and 10.2.x).

The Adobe Acrobat Reader should be installed. This allows you to view and print the PDF attachments in

CPARS and FAPIIS. The reader can be downloaded and installed from Adobe Acrobat. If you have any problems downloading or installing the reader, please contact our Technical Support.
