NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The USDA, Rural Development (RD), Procurement Management Office, intends to award a sole source contract for a Base Year and Four Option Years, utilizing Simplified Acquisitions Procedures to PHOTOSHELTER INC., for Digital Asset Management Services. This contract is for all labor, material, and equipment. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work.
This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and is not a request for competitive quotes, however all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact danielle.rodriguez@usda.gov. NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE ISSUED. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
