About this file
This is a summary of negotiations document between the State of Arizona Department of Transportation and Southwest Siteworks LLC regarding on-call pipelining and drainage repair services. The document contains communication from Jake Buckley, President of Southwest Siteworks, dated December 3, 2023, transmitting a mobilization narrative and cost breakdown to Danyelle Ellington at the Department. The submission includes detailed mobilization procedures and pricing information for pipeline services, with accompanying attachments outlining the contractor's proposed approach and financial terms.
The cost breakdown submitted by Southwest Siteworks presents two pricing scenarios: a worst-case scenario reflecting the contractor's not-to-exceed amount and a standard pipeline mobilization cost based on the contractor's operational experience. The pricing provided encompasses both mobilization and demobilization services. Southwest Siteworks LLC, an Arizona-registered contractor (ROC# AZ 331856), is positioned as the incumbent or selected contractor for this on-call services requirement under the Arizona Procurement Code. The negotiation process appears to be in an active phase, with the contractor providing detailed cost and operational information to support contract finalization.

Danyelle, Please find the attached mobilization narrative as well as a cost breakdown. The first page of the cost breakdown is the worst-case scenario of cost which reflects our not to exceed number. The second page reflects what a standard pipeline mobilization would look like based on our experience. Please keep in mind, that the pricing we are discussing includes both mobilization and demobilization. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you, Jake Buckley
President
