About this file
This is an Equipment List attachment for an On-Call Pipelining and Drainage Repair Services solicitation (BPM005628) issued by the State of Arizona Department of Transportation. The document details the equipment inventory that the bidder, Southwest Specialties & Welding (SWSW), will utilize to perform drainage and pipelining repair services across Arizona. The equipment list comprises 31 owned assets and 5 rented or subcontracted items, strategically positioned at facilities in Tucson and Flagstaff to provide statewide coverage. Key owned equipment includes multiple heavy construction vehicles such as backhoes, excavators, loaders, motor graders, scrapers, dump trucks, and specialized equipment including grout pumps, water buffalo units, and vac/jetter trucks. Most equipment was purchased or acquired between 2008 and 2023, with the majority of acquisitions occurring in 2022 and 2023, indicating a recently modernized fleet.
SWSW represents that its multimillion-dollar equipment fleet provides comprehensive capability to execute task orders of varying scope and scale, with the flexibility to mobilize equipment rapidly for emergency response situations. The company maintains active relationships with equipment rental yards across Arizona to supplement its owned inventory with specialty tools or additional capacity as project requirements dictate. The equipment list serves as an overview of available resources for past and future project performance, with the company indicating sufficient capacity to manage multiple concurrent task orders while maintaining full equipment maintenance protocols across both operational yards.

Equipment List:
SWSW has a multimillion-dollar equipment fleet available to complete any scope of work and task order for this project. All equipment is actively maintained and is held at either our Tucson, AZ yard or our Flagstaff, AZ yard to allow for full coverage of the state. The provided equipment list is just an overview of the available equipment that we have used on past projects. SWSW also has a full fleet of trucks, dozers, scrapers, loaders, motor graders and compactors available for any project size. With the equipment available SWSW has the capability to perform as many task orders as needed, as well as the flexibility to haul equipment out to projects asap to accommodate any emergency. If for some reason SWSW does not have a piece of equipment as it may be a specialty tool, SWSW has great active relationships with equipment rental yards across the state of Arizona.
