About this file
This is a References Attachment form for Solicitation No. BPM005628 issued by the State of Arizona Department of Transportation for On-Call Pipelining and Drainage Repair Services. The document requires bidders to submit three verifiable organizational references demonstrating similar services performed within the past 36 months. The references must include the organization name, address, contact information, contract effective dates, and detailed descriptions of services provided. Department references and personnel are explicitly prohibited from submission as they may negatively impact offer evaluation. All reference information must be accurate and current, as these references may be used to confirm bidder performance history.
The three references provided in the completed form include the Tucson Airport Authority for airfield infrastructure work on a $140 million parallel runway project (September 2022–December 2023), the City of Tucson for a $140 million Aviation Parkway extension project involving roadway construction and railroad crossings (August 2020–May 2024), and the Town of Marana for the Sandario and Twin Peaks Roundabout project, an award-winning construction project recognized by APWA for projects under $5 million (June 2022–August 2022). These references demonstrate the bidder's experience with large-scale infrastructure and drainage-related projects across Arizona municipalities.
