This is Amendment A008 to solicitation 69056725B000001 for the Neck Lake Road Reconstruction project in Alaska, issued by the Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration. The amendment revises Special Contract Requirements related to blasting consultant qualifications and adds requirements for on-site inspections during drilling, loading, and blasting of controlled and production sections.

The amendment makes no changes to the proposal due date. The overall project involves road reconstruction across three schedules totaling 6 miles, with an estimated price range of $10-20 million and a completion date of Fall 2026.
