About this file

This is Amendment A006 to solicitation 69056725B000001 issued by the Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration for the Neck Lake Road Reconstruction project in Alaska. The amendment extends the bid opening date from January 8, 2025 to January 14, 2025 at 1300 hours and revises the notice to proceed date to March 6, 2025.

The amendment modifies FAR Clause 52.211-10 regarding project completion, requiring work to commence within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete all work by October 31, 2026. The project involves reconstructing 6 miles of road across three schedules (1.6, 2.0, and 2.4 miles respectively), with only one schedule to be awarded. The estimated price range is between $10-20 million, and the contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price sealed bid.
