About this file
This is Amendment A003 to Solicitation No. 69056725B000001 for the Neck Lake Road Reconstruction project issued by the Federal Highway Administration. The amendment revises two key dates: the bid opening date is extended from December 18, 2024 to January 8, 2025, and the notice to proceed date is pushed from February 7, 2025 to February 28, 2025.
The project involves reconstructing portions of Neck Lake Road from NPOWI Highway to Marine Access Facility Junction in Alaska. The amendment modifies Standard Form 1442 (Solicitation, Offer and Award) and FAR Clause 52.211-10 regarding commencement and completion of work. The overall project completion date remains October 31, 2026, with work required to begin within 10 calendar days after the contractor receives the notice to proceed. The amendment includes revisions to pages A-3 and C-27 of the original solicitation.
