All three team members hold construction management or heavy civil industry credentials and have extensive backgrounds in underground utilities, drainage, and pipeline work specific to ADOT projects. The project team has demonstrated relevant experience through multiple prior ADOT pipelining contracts spanning 2018 through 2023, with contract values ranging from $1.3 million to $2.3 million. Jake Buckley's project management background includes heavy civil projects valued between $25,000 and $60 million across highway construction, road rehabilitation, and drainage repair. Delson Ahumada and Robert Ruegg have each participated in multiple ADOT Procure AZ Pipelining contracts where they managed installation, grouting, hydrovacing, and drainage work across Arizona. The document emphasizes SWSW's track record of completing projects on time and under budget, with specific reference to successful completion of the 2020 ADOT pipelining contract involving over 60 CMP installations and 40 drainage repair locations.
