Contractors must submit detailed as-built drawings (two sets, scanned PDF) within 15 days after each completed phase, develop a warranty management plan 30 days before pre-warranty conference, and conduct 4-month and 9-month post-acceptance warranty inspections. The contractor shall provide operation and maintenance manuals (four hard copies and one electronic copy) and qualified factory-trained representatives for personnel training at the job site. All warranty information must be submitted to the Contracting Officer for approval prior to each monthly invoice. The specification establishes three warranty response priority codes: Code 1 requires onsite inspection within 4 hours and work initiation within 6 hours for life safety systems; Code 2 requires inspection within 8 hours and work initiation within 24 hours; Code 3 requires initiation within 3 work days for all other work.
