About this file
This document is a Solicitation Amendment issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) for the City of Avondale CCTV and Cellular Communication Components project, identified by Solicitation No. BPM007146 and Amendment No. One (1). The amendment modifies two key sections of the original solicitation: Section 5.2 now stipulates that the contractor must complete all contract requirements within one year of contract execution after receiving a purchase order, and Section 8 requires that each delivered item will be subject to a complete inspection by the department within 30 days of delivery. Additionally, a "List of Subcontractor" document has been added to the Financial Questions section of the application.
The amendment does not provide specific details about the project's scope, pricing, or total contract value. It appears to be a procedural update to the original solicitation, maintaining most of the original terms and conditions while making minor adjustments to the contractor's responsibilities and inspection processes. The document is dated with a revision date of 03/2025, suggesting this is a current solicitation for transportation-related communication infrastructure components in the City of Avondale.
