About this file

This is a litigation history document related to Broward County's Master Banking Services solicitation in Florida. The document pertains to a competitive procurement seeking qualified vendors to provide banking services across five service groups: Lockbox Services, Merchant Card Services, Purchasing Card Services, Third-Party Custodian/Safekeeping Services, and Treasury Services. Vendors may propose for one or multiple banking service groups, and Broward County's Finance and Administrative Services Department reserves the right to award each service to a single vendor or multiple vendors. All work must be performed directly by the vendor without subcontracting or outsourcing. Separate responses including evaluation criteria, pricing, and required documentation must be submitted for each banking service proposed. Vendors are encouraged to submit all required and optional documentation at time of submittal to enable timely and comprehensive review.

The solicitation includes specific requirements for vendor qualifications, including license and certification requirements, completion of an Enterprise Technology Services Vendor Security Questionnaire, and compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Requirements. Broward County's Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) requirements apply, including procurement preferences for Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and County Business Enterprises (CBE). The County provided a designated period for vendors to submit questions and seek clarification regarding solicitation requirements through specified channels. No specific award date, contract term, pricing terms, incumbent information, or funding amounts are detailed in this litigation history document.
