The document outlines comprehensive insurance coverage mandates that vendors must maintain throughout the contract period and for three years following completion of work for claims-made policies. The contract requires vendors to provide general liability coverage with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, auto liability coverage with combined bodily injury and property damage limits of $500,000, workers' compensation at statutory limits with employer's liability of $100,000 per accident, professional liability (errors and omissions) with limits of $3,000,000 and a maximum deductible of $100,000, cyber liability with limits of $5,000,000 and a maximum deductible of $100,000, and crime and fidelity insurance with limits of $3,000,000.
