About this file

This is a demonstration script for Master Banking Services Group 5: Treasury Services, issued by Broward County's Finance and Administrative Services Department in Florida. The document outlines the required features and functionalities that shortlisted vendors must demonstrate during a one-hour demonstration session, with unlimited time allocated for questions and answers. The demonstration script covers four major service categories: treasury and payment processing services (items 1.1-1.12), customer billing and payment services (items 2.1-2.8), reporting and reconciliation capabilities (items 3.1-3.12), and business continuity and emergency operations (items 4.1-4.2). Vendors determined to be both responsive and responsible must demonstrate their ability to process electronic payments, wire transfers, and ACH files; provide real-time account access; manage positive pay files; retrieve imaged check and deposit documents; execute two-person approval workflows; generate comprehensive reports in multiple formats; and maintain operational continuity during emergency conditions. A Technical Review Team will evaluate each vendor's demonstration across all specified criteria, marking whether each feature is demonstrated or not demonstrated and recording comments.

The demonstration script does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, or funding details, as it focuses exclusively on the technical and functional evaluation criteria for the Treasury Services component of Broward County's Master Banking Services solicitation. Vendors may submit proposals for one or multiple banking service groups, and the County reserves the right to award each banking service to a single vendor or multiple vendors. All work must be performed directly by the vendor without subcontracting or outsourcing, and separate responses to evaluation criteria and pricing must be submitted for each banking service proposed.
