Only authorized, certified and trained technicians by LENEL can perform maintenance to LENEL systems. In order to verify that a technician can perform work and receive support from LENEL, the company must provide the full names and ID numbers of the technicians that will perform the maintenance activities as well as their certificates. Then, NAMRU-6 facilities department will coordinate and review the information with LENEL representative for Latin America in order to grant authorization only to contractor’s technicians that have a valid updated certification to perform work.

Contractor must coordinate with a LENEL local representative and pay to renew on an annual basis the NAMRU-6 licenses of each one of the cameras, servers, LDVRs, LNVRs, HVR, IVSP- SC channels, integrated GO channels, integrated go vision channels, integrated true vision channels, OAAP channels, proximity card readers and all other associated equipment integrated into the LENEL system. Contractor shall renew the licenses so that NAMRU-6 and/or contractor can receive LENEL assistance for troubleshooting and to keep the NAMRU-6 access control and CCTV systems updated in Lima and Iquitos.

As a rule, contractor shall perform the preventive maintenance activities described in this document on a semi-annual basis, unless specified different in any other part of this document for a specific activity. The number of cameras and card readers provided in this document are for information purposes only; it is the responsibility of the contractor to perform a full inspection of the systems and collect all required information to provide a quality preventive maintenance.

In addition, contractor shall review operation manuals for the equipment of the systems under this contract and include any recommended preventive maintenance activities by the manufacturer not mentioned in this document.

Contractor shall elaborate, review and update the drawings on AUTOCAD of the CCTV, access control system and public address systems on an annual basis.
