- Depends on aircraft condition, it's not possible to estimate how many times Daily Inspectoin & Turnaround Inspection are required.
- Based on this reason, more than minimum requirement for each inspection (Daily Inspection is one time & Turnaround Inspectioni is two times) need to be chargable to Unscheduled Maintenance. Is it agreeable?
| - For Other airfield/flight line support services, it is not possible to estimate how many times these services are required. So it needs to be chargable to Unscheduled Maintenance also. Is it agreeable ? | All tasks that exceed the initial contract covered Dailies and Turn-Around Inspections must be submitted to the ACO for pre-approval of Over and Above charges for manpower required for maintenance tasks of unscheduled events during FCF. The offeror is expected to describe its methodology for dailies and turn-around inspections included in CLIN x001 and x003. | |||||

For example, The definition of 'Flight data' on the 'Analysis of flight data training' is needed to be explained.
The purpose of TD training is needed such as for mechanics to do the work or for QA to issue TD to be done or for whoever is responsible for TD. Can you explain what the TD training is for? Flight data includes basic aircarft logbooks and records. The skill needed is the ability to read and obtain aircraft history, previous repair actions, flight hours, cats/traps, landings, etc.
Technical Directives (TDs) are issued to correct problems in the maintenance and upgrades to the fleet. Orginizational TDs cover simple usually quick inspections and adjustments that can easily be accomplished. Intermediate and Depot TDs will require the contractor (Engineering and Maintenance Teams) to review the TD and forward questions through REI to FRCWP Engineering prior to confirmation that the contractor can accomplish all required tasks. Additional training will be accomplished if required at that time.

| - Contractor does not know how many, how much, or how frequently these efforts are required so that these efforts need to be chargable to Unscheduled Maintenance. Is it agreeable ? | Do not concur. Offerors are provided the list of GFE in Attachment 10. From there, they can look up the required support schedule and include their estimated workliad in CLIN 0007. | |||||||
| 25 | PWS | Para. 5.5.4 | Personal Electronic Maintenance Aids (PEMA) | - Does PEMA computer hardware need to be procured by Contractor Expense or Government Funding (using SLIN X004AA) ? | Concur. | |||
