About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and information on a related federal contract opportunity. The CDRL outlines requirements for an annual physical inventory report of all government furnished property including materials and equipment. It must be submitted in Microsoft Excel format and include property details like cognizance code, national item identification number, shelf life code, nomenclature, part number, unit of issue, quantity, unit and total price, recoverability flags, and reason for non-recoverability. It is due by September 30 each year and distribution includes the Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific Supply and Defense Contract Management Agency Property Administrator.
The related federal contract opportunity is a draft solicitation for H-53 aircraft maintenance and repair services issued by the Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific and Naval Supply Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka. It provides the draft request for proposals, performance work statement, and contract data requirement listings for industry feedback in advance of a formal solicitation. Interested parties must submit a non-disclosure agreement request to obtain the specification documents.
