About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and details of a related federal contract opportunity. The CDRL outlines a quarterly Active Item Report requiring the contractor to provide Microsoft Excel files listing government-furnished material items maintained as inventory, including cognizance code, class, national item identification number, nomenclature, part number, unit of issue, quantity, and unit and total prices. The first submission is due October 15 with subsequent submissions due January 15, April 15, and July 15 annually. The related federal contract opportunity is a draft solicitation from the Department of the Navy for depot-level aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for H-53 helicopters in support of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Interested parties must submit a completed non-disclosure agreement to request the draft specification and provide feedback on the draft documents by contacting listed Navy personnel.
