About this file

This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and details for an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to be delivered under a U.S. Navy contract for maintenance and repair services of H-53E aircraft. The CDRL outlines requirements for the IMS, which is required to be submitted as a Microsoft Project file portraying the full schedule from contract start through completion of all option years. The IMS must demonstrate how the contractor will meet all contract requirements, include the Production Plan, and identify dependencies and resource constraints. The IMS is due for submission within one month of contract award and then must be revised and submitted monthly by the 5th of each month, and as needed for program reviews and significant meetings. The IMS will provide visibility to the government on the contractor's overall management plan and progress on contract activities and requirements.

This related federal contract opportunity notice is a draft pre-solicitation for H-53 aircraft maintenance and repair services currently performed under a previously awarded U.S. Navy contract. Interested parties can request the draft RFP and documents by completing a non-disclosure agreement to be sent to listed Navy contacts. Feedback is requested on the draft materials in advance of a formal solicitation. The services include depot-level maintenance, repair, and overhaul of H-53 aircraft to support the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.
