About this file
This document contains a draft Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Daily Requisition Report (DRR) to be provided by a contractor in support of H-53 aircraft maintenance for the Navy. The CDRL requires the contractor to submit a daily DRR to the Supply Management Representative and others as directed by the Government. The DRR must be in Microsoft Excel format and include part numbers, quantities, purchase information and other details for material requisitions. It must separate requirements for PMID, Reset and Depot Level Repairables into different worksheets and include additional data for DLR parts like serial numbers. The frequency of submission is daily or as required by the SMR, and the DRR must be emailed to the provided Navy email address. No pricing or value information is included in this CDRL.
The related opportunity notice is a draft pre-solicitation for depot-level maintenance, repair and overhaul services for H-53 aircraft to be conducted by Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific and NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka. Interested parties must fill out a non-disclosure agreement to receive the full specification and are invited to provide feedback on the draft documents. Questions should be directed to the listed Navy contacts. The final solicitation is not yet released.
