About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and a Report of Kit Discrepancy (ROKD) template. The CDRL requires contractors to report receipt and inventory of Technical Directives Change kits within 3 days of receipt, or request an extension if a complicated kit requires more time. Contractors must notify the requiring office if an incomplete kit is received and take immediate action to procure common missing parts if possible from their own inventory, or submit an ROKD if unable to procure. The ROKD template collects contractor and kit identification information, quantities received and discrepancies by part number, nomenclature, and National Stock Number. Contractors must submit the ROKD to the Central Kitting Activity for any shortages or material deficiencies.
This opportunity notice is for a draft solicitation for H-53 aircraft maintenance and repair services in support of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps H-53 fleet. The Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific and NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka prepared the draft RFP, draft performance work statement, and additional draft attachments and contract data item descriptions for industry feedback before formal solicitation. Interested parties must submit a non-disclosure agreement request to obtain the specification, which will then be distributed via DoD Safe. Feedback on the draft documents is welcome and should be directed to the listed points of contact.
