About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and details of a draft solicitation for H-53 aircraft maintenance and repair services. The CDRL requires submission of a Discrepant Part on Induction Report in Microsoft Excel format within three days of aircraft induction and a final report within 45 days. The report will identify any aviation depot level reparables that were discrepant or missing during maintenance and allow the reporting custodian to manage part delivery dates. It also requires reporting of any items with expiring inspections like batteries to prevent delays.
The draft solicitation seeks maintenance, repair, and overhaul products and services for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps H-53 aircraft from Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific and NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka. Interested offerors can request the draft specification and provide feedback by signing a non-disclosure agreement. The specification and additional draft attachments will then be distributed. Questions and comments should be directed to the listed Navy points of contact.
