About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and related federal contract opportunity. The CDRL outlines requirements for a Phase-In Transition Plan to be submitted within 21 calendar days of contract award for H-53 aircraft maintenance and repair services. The plan must include details on facilities, support equipment, technical data, maintenance processes, materials management, information systems, training, safety, quality assurance, staffing needs, administration, and areas requiring government assistance. The related federal contract opportunity is a draft pre-solicitation for H-53 aircraft depot-level maintenance, repair, and overhaul services to support the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Interested parties must submit a non-disclosure agreement to obtain the full specification and provide feedback on draft documents by the specified due date. The Navy is the contracting agency seeking these services.
