About this file
This document package includes a draft Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and information on a related federal contract opportunity for H-53 aircraft maintenance and repair services.
The CDRL outlines reporting requirements for a Monthly Material Expense Report, requiring the contractor to submit consolidated data on consumables, hazardous materials, and depot-level repairs used for all PMI aircraft in flow during the previous month. The report must be submitted in Microsoft Excel format to the Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific Budget Office by the 15th of each month via email. The Navy will have five days to review and accept or reject each submission.
The related federal contract opportunity is a draft pre-solicitation for H-53 aircraft MRO products and services to be provided to the Navy and Marine Corps. Interested offerors are requested to provide feedback on the draft RFP, PWS, and other attachments. A Non-Disclosure Agreement must be completed and submitted to specified Navy contacts to obtain the specification documents. All questions and comments should be directed to the same Navy points of contact by email.
